OUTING!

Shawn, Jaime, Samaria, Mr Goh and I went to watch Narnia this afternoon, accompanied by Royston, who has nothing to do with the choir, but who is fun company, and Mr Chen, the one responsible for rewriting the lyrics of our school song.

Narnia is good! Remember not to walk out of the theatre when the movie credits start rolling... there's a little bit of a surprise 2 minutes into it.

After the movie, we got went for elaborate chinese tea near Chinatown.

Royston has never seen a teapot in his life - it was a very exciting day for him.

Then, in oriental jubilation, we walked through chinatown and went for a rather good dim sum for dinner... Shawn and Royston, you missed all the delicious food! Awwww!

After dinner, we found rain outside! We wondered what to do with ourselves... we thought and thought and thought...

And then an epiphany!!! We somehow came upon the ludicrious decision to take the longest possible train ride and ended up in Boon Lay.

And we rode and rode until at long last, we arrived at Jurong Point, which seemed to be on practically a different country from Serangoon Gardens.

"This mango dessert ah, very the special one... can only be found in the far west."

Where we had dessert, and headed home...
