The Last Lecture

I was sent this videoclip this morning by a friend and thought that I would like to share this with all of you because I found it extremely inspirational and it made me feel like there is nothing impossible that I cannot accomplish because life is mine to live. Do take some time out to watch this when you aren't too busy.

Meanwhile, I hope that all is going well for you in SGS and with the choir. Know that I do think of you and miss all of you. It was a wonderful 3 years that I had with SGS and I wish we were sometimes still all in the same school. Do take care, concentrate on your studies, do well for the choir and for yourselves. You deserve to have a great choir and I know that it is within all of you to keep that spirit alive no matter who leads you and what circumstances may be.

TO ALL THE CHOIR MEMBERS.

yupyup..shawn here.
yr CNY performance will be lyk in a few days tym..

and of cuz..hope u all will not do so badly due to the learning of new song...
i will not be in the performance cuz i'm going back to malaysia(almost every year tradition)

hope dat u all will do well..will not pull down the choir reputation..lyk wad wei kiat said..'choir..u all gt silver for the syf..etc etc'..so plsplspls do well..=)

a few pointers for u all.

other then wad mr goh and mr chen say about our position or drop jaw and other stuff..

on stage.pls get close to the mike.the mikes are yr best fren..nonono..yr husband or wife..but dun get to close la..

rmbr during the garden blooms..i teach u all the relaxing method..used dat =) so u all will not be too nervous..stage fright.. =)but dun cry while using dat ok..hor choy may.=X

and stand properly..dun stand lyk muzi lyk dat..very sloggy..not nice

and 1 last thing SMILE to yr audiences..dun give them black face face..not nice de !

and of cuz..dun be too nervous until cannot sing.later the audiences cannot hear wad u all song,too soft or u all keep yr mouth close..cannot hear the words properly..

lastly. gd luck =))))




and more 1 thing for u all to noe..i will organise a so called get together trip to watch movie.dat will be mose prob on 17 feb..a sat ..movie haven select yet.but location will be at plaza sing.i will most prob ask miss koh or mr goh or mr chen along..maybe all three..

Cny performance and rehearsals

Chinese New Year Performance

Date:6 feb 2008 (wednesday)
Time:8.50 to 9.50am
Venue:Hall
Clothing for the performance: Red t-shirt,Blue jeans and sport shoes
please note that u are suppose to wear full school uniform and school shoes to school.
we will then change out before our performance

For the Mikes:
Jia xuan,Angus and stessen to reach school at 7.05am to set up the mikes in the hall

Choir will be the 6th item
extimated time for the our performance will be 9.40 am

Rehearsal for the week before Cny performance:
4 Feb(monday): 3.00-6.00pm
5 Feb(tuesday): time will be comfirm again..
6 feb(wednesday): please report to the commence room(D01-04) straight after the morning assembly

You are suppose to memorized the lyrics for "Cui Dong Cui" and "Da Di Hui Chun" including the sec 1s
